How you move over

  1. 1

    A call

You tell us how your hall, your season and your door work. We show you how that goes in Tickable.

  2. 2

    Your floor plan

You send the floor plan and we draw it as a seating map.

  3. 3

    Set up your season

You set up performances and ticket types while your current sales carry on as they are.

  4. 4

    Live at your next on-sale

You place the shop on your website and open sales whenever you choose.

Switch on the queue for that on-sale. Whoever is there before the start gets a place in line by lottery, and everyone sees their position and waiting time live. The queue works alongside reserved seating and time slots.

Yes, for reading. With an API key you fetch events, time slots, orders and tickets, and scan tickets from your own system. Creating events or orders through the API is not possible yet. Orders and revenue also export as an Excel file. The documentation is at docs.tickable.io.

Not yet. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager do not work in the ticket shop at the moment. You can link a Meta or Reddit pixel per event.

Yes. The data processing agreement is on the site and can be signed as a PDF.

No. You pay €0.32 per ticket sold, excl. VAT, whether you sell a hundred or a hundred thousand. There is no subscription and no setup fee.
