Not sure where to start? Look at the moment your visitors come in. If they all arrive at once, switch on the queue for the start of sales and put several phones or a hand scanner at the door: scans sync in real time between devices. If they come spread over the day, create all the time slots for the whole run in one go, with a capacity per slot. And if they have a fixed seat, draw your seating plan with price zones first. The dashboard then shows which seats are still free and which tickets have already been scanned.
It works together in one place. An order in the ticket shop appears in your dashboard straight away, the ticket goes to the buyer by email as a PDF with a QR code, and the scanner app at the door sees the same order. After the first scan that QR code is no longer valid. Nothing to connect, transfer or keep track of by hand.
